The Conexus Kindness Capital Fund is encouraging a return on kindness by recognizing 40 individuals and businesses with $5,000 to continue their acts of kindness.
Through the Introduction of People's Choice, two more nominees will receive $5,000 each from the Conexus Kindness Capital Fund, decided by your votes!
We've chosen eight nominee finalists from across Saskatchewan who aren't among the 40 nominees to receive $5,000 each from the Kindness Capital.

1. What is the Conexus Kindness Capital Fund?
The Conexus Kindness Capital Fund is encouraging a return on kindness by recognizing 40 individuals and businesses with $5,000 to continue their acts of kindness. We’re calling on you to nominate those who have responded to this pandemic in extraordinary and ordinary ways.
In Saskatchewan we have this great way of coming together when we need to. From Fond-du-lac to Coronach, COVID -19 has inspired stories of kindness across our province. People have lifted each other up and created moments that connect us. We believe in celebrating and reinvesting in this kindness that’s improving the well-being of our communities and people.
3. How many awards will be given?
Forty individuals and businesses in Saskatchewan will be selected from a public nomination campaign.
2. What is the award prize?
The award prize is a $5,000 cash gift.
5. What are the award eligibility criteria?
Nominations will only be evaluated if they meet the following criteria:
Nominee must live or operate their business in Saskatchewan.
Nominee must be over 18 years of age.
The act of kindness must have occurred in response to Covid-19, starting around or after March 13.
Nominations that are missing information will not be evaluated.
Nominations will only be accepted if submitted through the online form. Those that are delivered to Conexus branches will not be accepted.

4. Do you have to be a Conexus member to participate in the Kindness Capital?
The Kindness Capital is not limited to Conexus members. Individuals and businesses across Saskatchewan are eligible to nominate and be nominated. The goals for the Kindness Capital are to mobilize continuing acts of kindness and galvanize support for those who have demonstrated the spirit of the Kindness Capital during COVID-19.
6. Can a business or individual nominate themselves?
The goal for the Kindness Capital is to mobilize continuing acts of kindness. Self-nominations will not be accepted.
7. When is the deadline for nominations?
Nominations will be scored in real time to give immediate cash flow to continue these acts of kindness, the program will run until August 10, unless the funds have not been distributed.
8. How will winning Kindness Capital recipients know if they’ve been selected?
Conexus will contact winning Kindness Capital recipients directly.
9. How will winning Kindness Capital recipients be recognized?
Kindness Capital recipients will receive $5,000 and be profiled on kindnesscapital.ca and Conexus social media channels.
